Two stages add up to your delivery time. Production starts when the payment clears, and transit starts at the carrier’s first scan. We count business days only, so Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. federal holidays drop out of the count. Orders that come in after 11:00 AM Eastern Time join the queue the following business day.

Carriers inside the U.S.: USPS, UPS or FedEx. International parcels ship DDU, which means the destination country may charge the recipient import duty, VAT or a customs fee on arrival. Every rule is listed in the Shipping Policy.

Changing your mind early: Within 6 hours of checkout, and while the item is still unprinted, an order can be edited or cancelled at no cost.
What we put right: Transit damage, a print fault, a mix-up in what was sent, or a parcel that never turns up. Report it within 30 days of delivery (counted from the final estimated delivery date if the parcel is missing), then pick a reprint at no charge or a refund.
How to tell us: Email [email protected], giving your order number and attaching a photo of the problem. You hear back within one business day and get a decision within 2–3 business days.
When the money arrives: An approved refund is sent to the same card or PayPal account you used, normally within 5–10 business days.
Outside the policy: Every piece is made for a single order. That rules out returns when you simply change your mind, when the chart was skipped while choosing a size, or once an item has been worn or washed.
