Hats from On Cue Apparel

Three kinds of headwear

Baseball caps have a curved bill and a structured or relaxed crown. Snapbacks keep a flat bill and a plastic snap strap. Beanies are soft knit caps that fold or slouch. Each product page names the style, the crown shape and the closure.

Getting the size right

Adjustable caps fit most adult heads; the strap moves the fit tighter or looser. Beanies stretch to fit. Fitted styles list their measurements on the product page, and you can check your head circumference with a soft tape placed just above the ears.

Decoration method

The listing states how the design is applied to your hat. A printed finish lies flat and can hold fine detail; a stitched finish, where a style offers one, sits raised on the fabric.

Care

Spot clean caps with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let them dry on a rounded shape so the crown keeps its form. Hand wash beanies in cool water and dry them flat. Keep hats out of the dryer.

Fixing problems

A damaged hat, a decoration fault, or the wrong style qualifies for a replacement or refund if you report it within 30 days of delivery. Steps are in the Return & Refunds Policy.
