Payment Methods
How you can pay On Cue Apparel, at what point the payment is collected, and how the charge is labeled on your statement.
Accepted methods
- PayPal
- Your PayPal balance works, and so does any card or bank account you have added to PayPal.
- Debit or credit card
- Runs through PayPal’s guest checkout. At checkout, select PayPal, then the card option; you can do this without a PayPal account. Accepted card brands are set by PayPal and vary by country.
- PayPal Pay Later
- Whether this option shows at checkout is PayPal’s decision, made separately for each purchase.
Not accepted
We do not accept cryptocurrency, bank transfers, cash on delivery, money orders or checks, and gift cards from other retailers cannot be used. The options shown at checkout are the ones open to your order.
Currency
Our prices, and the amount you are charged, are in U.S. dollars (USD). When your account is held in a different currency, the conversion is done by your bank or by PayPal.
Payment security
Each payment is sent to PayPal through an encrypted connection. Your card or bank details are entered in a form that PayPal hosts, never on our website, so On Cue Apparel cannot see them and does not store them.
Timing of the charge
We take the whole amount at the moment you order, since production follows shortly after. Cancel inside the 6-hour window, before printing starts, and the full payment comes back to you; the Cancellation & Modification Policy explains how.
Declined payments
The usual causes: the billing address and the card’s records disagree, there are not enough funds, the card is out of date, or an automated fraud screen stopped it. Double-check your entries and then speak to your card issuer or PayPal. If the payment keeps failing, email us and we will help find the cause.
Taxes and duties
Where your order is subject to sales tax, checkout displays the amount before payment. Recipients outside the U.S. pay any import duties and taxes their country charges, as our Shipping Policy explains.
Refunds
Approved refunds land back on the card or PayPal account the order was paid with. We issue it within 5–10 business days; your statement can need a few extra days before the credit appears. Our Return & Refunds Policy describes when a refund is due.
On your statement
On card and bank statements, our charges are listed as PAYPAL *ONCUEAPPAREL. If a charge looks unfamiliar, send us its date and amount before you raise it with your bank; we will look into it and answer within one business day.
