These terms apply when you use oncueapparel.com or buy anything from On Cue Apparel. Read them before you order.

Agreement

On Cue Apparel operates a made-to-order online store. These terms are a contract between you and On Cue Apparel. These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, bind you once you use this website or order from it. Ordering requires that you are an adult under the law of your home country or state, or that you order together with a parent or guardian.

Products and orders

• We make each product after checkout. Pictures on the site are mockups, and the real print can differ a little in position or appearance.
• The sale is binding once we send your order confirmation by email. Up until shipping, we may refuse an order, for instance where a price or listing was wrong, fraud is suspected or our carriers do not reach the destination. Any refused order receives a full refund.
• Size selection is your responsibility, so consult the Size Chart and the product page before ordering.

Prices and payment

We list every price in U.S. dollars, and we may adjust prices at any time; your order keeps the price displayed when you placed it. We collect full payment at checkout using one of the options on our Payment Methods page, and you see the shipping charge before confirming. Sales tax, where it applies, appears as a separate checkout line before you pay. Import duties and taxes on deliveries outside the United States are the recipient’s to pay on arrival.

Delivery

Production and transit times, rates and carriers are all listed in our Shipping Policy. Dates we quote for delivery are estimates, not promises.

Edits, cancellations and refunds

Our Cancellation & Modification Policy governs changes and cancellations made before printing. Replacements and refunds come under our Return & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property

Without our written permission, no one may copy or reuse the On Cue Apparel name or logo, or the original text, artwork, images and design of this website. Third-party names or trademarks that appear here are owned by their holders, not by us. Rights holders can raise a complaint through the DMCA Reports page or at [email protected], and we examine every one we receive.

The earlier site at this address

Since 2026, oncueapparel.com has been run by new owners as On Cue Apparel. We are not affiliated with any business that used this domain before then. Orders, accounts, promo or discount codes, gift cards, store credit and any other balance issued by that earlier site have no validity here, and we are not responsible for them.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with how it runs, try to reach data you have no right to see, or submit fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

Within the limits set by law, we provide the website and our products “as is”, and indirect, incidental or consequential losses are excluded from our responsibility. For a claim tied to an order, the most we can owe in total is the sum paid for that order. This section leaves untouched any consumer right the law makes non-excludable.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the U.S. state where On Cue Apparel is registered, together with applicable U.S. federal law, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would bring in the law of another place. If something goes wrong, contact us first; email resolves most issues. A dispute that cannot be settled that way must be brought only in a state or federal court in the state in which On Cue Apparel is registered, unless the law of your state or country gives you a right to use a different court.

Revisions

These terms can be updated. Whatever version is published on this page on the day you order, with its effective date, governs that order.
