Shipping Policy

On Cue Apparel makes each order after checkout and sends it with tracking. Production, transit, rates, carriers and customs: every delivery number the store uses is collected here.

How delivery time adds up

Delivery time has two parts, run in sequence: production time first, then carrier transit time.

Production
Our partner prints and packs the item. This clock starts when your payment is confirmed.
Transit
The carrier’s part of the trip, running from the first scan of the parcel to its arrival at your address.
Business days
Weekdays, Monday to Friday. Weekend days and U.S. federal holidays are skipped in the count.
Daily cutoff
11:00 AM Eastern Time. An order that comes in later than this joins the following business day’s count.

Timeline and rates

Every product in the catalog uses this one table.

AddressProductionCarrier transitExpected totalRate
United States2–4 business days4–8 business days6–12 business days$6.99 for the first item, then $3.00 for every further item
All other countries2–4 business days12–22 business days14–26 business days$15.00 for the first item, then $6.00 for every further item

Production runs 2–4 business days. Transit then takes 4–8 business days inside the United States and 12–22 business days everywhere else. Each product page also gives an estimated delivery window with calendar dates. Treat these figures as estimates rather than promises; holiday volume and severe weather can slow carriers by several days.

What shipping costs

We charge shipping by the item:

  • Delivery to a U.S. address: $6.99 for the first item, then $3.00 for every further item.
  • Delivery to any other country: $15.00 for the first item, then $6.00 for every further item.

Before you pay, checkout adds up the exact shipping for your cart.

Carriers and tracking

Inside the U.S. we use USPS, UPS or FedEx, picked to suit the item and the address. Parcels for other countries go by DHL, UPS, USPS or a similar international carrier, with the local postal service often handling the last leg. When production hands your parcel over, you get its tracking number in an email. Progress shows on our Track Order page as well as on the carrier’s own website. Give a brand-new number 24–48 hours to register its first scan.

Customs, duties and where we ship

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Our product prices and shipping rates leave out any import duty, VAT or customs fee the destination country applies; the recipient settles those on delivery. A country that does not appear in the checkout list is one we cannot currently ship to.

Before you place the order

Your address
The parcel goes to whatever address you enter at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 6 hours of ordering. When a parcel comes back to sender because the address was incomplete or wrong, sending it out again carries a new shipping charge.
Military and P.O. Box addresses
Some carriers cannot deliver to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Send us the address first, and we will tell you whether a carrier can reach it.
Split deliveries
When an order contains several items, our partner may make them at separate facilities. They can then arrive on separate days, and every parcel gets its own tracking number.
Parcels that are late or lost
Tracking stuck, or marked delivered with nothing at your door? Get in touch within 30 days, counting from the final date of your delivery estimate. The Return & Refunds Policy describes the next steps.
