About On Cue Apparel

On Cue Apparel sells graphic clothing, hats and drinkware online. Nothing is printed in advance: our print partner makes each piece after payment, and every parcel ships tracked.

Who we are

On Cue Apparel opened for online orders in 2026. The catalog is built from original graphic designs: puns, hobbies, the seasons, music and backstage life, small everyday jokes. Each design stays a digital file until a customer picks it, and only at that point does it turn into an actual shirt, hoodie, hat or mug. Working this way lets us carry a broad range without stockrooms full of goods nobody bought.

How we work

• Facts first. Every listing shows its own size table, fabric and care steps, so you can read them before you pay.
• Plain pictures. Product photos are mockups. We say so on the listing and explain what that means for the piece you get.
• Written support. A person answers each question by email, which leaves you a record of what we agreed.

The order, step by step

1. You place the order. Your payment locks it in; at this point nothing is printed.
2. The partner prints. The design goes onto the blank you selected, then the piece is inspected and packed.
3. The carrier collects. Once the parcel is handed over, its tracking number arrives in your inbox.
4. You receive it. Transit length varies by destination, and the Shipping Policy lists every figure.

Need to edit or cancel? The window is 6 hours after checkout, and it closes early if printing begins first (the rules). A piece that turns up damaged, misprinted or incorrect qualifies for a reprint or a refund under the Return & Refunds Policy.

Pictures, fabric and fit

• Mockups. Our images place the artwork on a blank product digitally. On the finished piece the print may land a little differently, and every screen shows colors in its own way.
• Fabric. Each style uses its own blank, so we state fabric and care on every product rather than making one claim for the whole catalog.
• Sizing. Every garment style gets a separate table, collected on our size chart page.

Site history

The current owners launched On Cue Apparel at oncueapparel.com in 2026. In earlier years a different business used this web address. We have no connection to it, and we did not acquire its products, customer accounts, order records, gift cards or store credit. Orders placed with that earlier store are outside our reach, so we cannot look them up or fulfill them, and reviews of that business are not reviews of us.
