Type that number into the form below, together with the email address from your checkout.

Order lookup

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Reading the status board

Status Meaning
Pending payment The order exists, but its payment has not gone through yet.
Processing We have your payment, and the item is in printing or packing.
On hold A detail needs checking first, typically the address or the payment. We will email you about it.
Completed The item is made and in the carrier’s hands. The shipping email contains your tracking number.
Cancelled The order was stopped before it was printed, with any payment refunded in full.
Refunded Your payment has been returned to the method you paid with.
Failed No payment was collected, so production will not start. Feel free to order again.

When tracking is still blank

A tracking number can stay empty until the carrier’s first scan of the parcel; the Shipping Policy gives the usual delay. If nothing has appeared after that time, email us at [email protected] with the order number and we will contact the carrier for you.

Parcels that are missing or damaged

Contact us if tracking has stalled, if it claims delivery but you have nothing, or if the item came damaged. The time limit is 30 days after delivery; when no parcel arrived at all, the count starts on the last date of its delivery estimate. Damage reports should include a photo. For a lost parcel we raise the claim with the carrier ourselves; once the loss is confirmed, you choose to have the item replaced or refunded in full.
